How quickly will I recieve the portrait?
My current turnaround time is about one month from the time your order is confirmed. If you need your portrait sooner, just let me know! I occasionally have room for rush orders, and I’ll do my best to accommodate depending on my current workload. Each piece takes time and care to create, so I always want to make sure it’s done beautifully.
What is your return/ refund policy?
Because each portrait is a custom, hand-made piece, I’m not able to accept returns or offer refunds at this time. However, your happiness with the final piece means a lot to me — if you’re truly unhappy with your portrait, I’ll do my best to work with you and create a new version or make adjustments when possible.
Do you sell or add frames to the portraits?
At the moment, I don’t sell or include frames, but this is something I may offer in the future. Most customers enjoy choosing their own frame to match their home decor and personal style.
How does payment work?
Once we’ve discussed your portrait details, I’ll send you an invoice through PayPal. Pricing generally follows the chart listed on my site, though it may vary slightly depending on the complexity and size of your project. If you’re local, cash payments are also welcome.
What medium do you recommend?
My favorite medium is watercolor — I love how it captures the warmth and personality of each pet with soft tones and lively textures. That said, I also enjoy working in digital art and line art/outlines, depending on the style or look you’re going for. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help you choose what will best suit your pet’s portrait.
